Nah, cuz the hate for other people would be the main motivation for joining your movement. It's essential to why they'd join in the first place. Once you'd move away from the ideology which you recruited them with with they'll likely just form their own fringe movements of ideologically similar people.

I often wonder about this. I think as long as you keep the nationalism civil as opposed to ethnic it would work. In a globalized world there is a parasitic ultra-rich class who has interests and characteristics in common they are also totally removed from the population of their countries . It also helps that many countries MoP is held by foreigners so the people vs. outsiders can be used to justify expropriation.

I feel things could be easily framed as the people of your country versus a global ruling class (which the domestic bourgeoisie are part of.) Expropriation could be framed as the people reasserting control against "rootless cosmopolitan parasites."

The tricky part would be making sure this didn't translate into hostility and imperialism towards other countries or immigrants. Emphasize that all countries are being exploited by a global bourgeoisie and say they each need to carry out their own expropriations to take control of their own national destiny. Emphasize that all workers are citizen with the same enemy.

From there you have a loose coalition of socialist states with friendly relations who could further integrate. It would also help that the socialist states would probably be forced to cooperate against imperialist hostility.

I would consider myself a cosmopolitan. I was illustrating how the rhetoric the Nazi's used can be re-purposed to rally people against globalized capitalism. If you get so triggered by rhetoric that has no teeth behind it you are probably a liberal.

Make it nondenominational. Gramsci talked about how successful ideologies are one's which can appear as different things to different people. Labeling yourself just limits your options, keep you intentions vauge appeal to the left through anti-capitalism and the right by cloaking this anti-capitalism in civic nationalism (the people reclaiming their nation from a global bourgeoisie).

Create a General Union Of Anarchists, start organizing within the "libertarian" think tanks of the Koch Brothers; push for the development of free software, as this is something bread-and-butter lolbergs can stand with anarchists on. Keep feeding them this kind of subtle communization theory, make veiled references to the 7 circles of alienation outlined in "The Coming Insurrection". Out of the belly of the beast shall spring its own demise, victim to the contradiction of corporations being the main funding source for free software development for their own benefit, partaking the communist relations inherent in it while themselves being made superfluous by it.
