Hey buddy, I think you got the wrong door. The leather club's two blocks down.

so what if it is

Fuck you.

wow wtf i love dsa now

Eh fuck you leather man. Maybe you and I should settle it right here in the ring if you think you're that tough.

Ngl that billboard looks photoshopped.

I wish

Wow! Really makes you think!

Two on the right and two on the left aren't natty. It's literally impossible to have that much lean mass and have so little body fat at the same time.

...

makes you thinkā€¦

...

nah, it's possible
i think the only who is on roids is the black one

That sign is pretty stupid. Socialism would still require factories and heavy industry to exist. In fact, unless the underlying material conditions are changed the superstructure will end up looking almost identical.

I'm not gonna lie, if this photo isn't shoped then my opinion of the DSA has vastly improved tbh

This is why homosexuals should be purged. You let your sexual attraction cloud your judgement.

As if you wouldn't be first in line to join an org that put up some chicks in bikinis to advertise

Honestly I wouldn't, unless those girls were 2D.
I was joking saying that gayfags should be purged though.

Getting fit should be more of a requirement tbf. Who else is getting in shape?

Only a DYEL who watches """"""""""natties"""""""""" sell supplements on youtube would think this.

What does it even mean to be "natural"? Which post-industrial technologies are permitted and which aren't?

So this was accurate after all:

...

I don't think that is Miami.

natty means not using extraneous hormones. ie, steroids or HGH

Then just use genetic modification to enhance "natural" production of them.

Me.

Hi Donald!

Should I take steroids? I'm trying to get fit on my own but it just seems like it's taking way too long

How often do you work out and how are your routines?

No don't do it. Your testicles will shrink or virilization will happen.
There are a lot more downsides but just try to be a little patient with your progress.

Their ok I suppose, I work out about 3-4 times a week, low rep high weight with some high rep low weight sets thrown in after the big lifts for endurance sake.

I do the typical upper-lower body split, I focus on the upper-body less bc of vanity and more that I have a job that requires me to be standing on a hard floor 7-8 hrs at a time and that's stressful on my legs in itself.

I take a testboost supplement with an estrogen blocker and that seems to speed up recovery, I tend to ice up afterwards and load up on meat and complex carbs. I have been progressing admittedly but I'm worried in gonna hit a plateau soon plus I haven't lifted seriously in years, so the results I'm seeing rn prolly won't continue.

My long-term goal is to add a lot more muscle to my frame but I know that's typically a very long process going forward natural.

What's a good course of action?

Hmmm, I have no idea. Your progress should be very fast considering your routines and diet.

As for plateaus: When I hit a plateau I change routine to mid rep, mid weight and stick to that until I hit a new plateau, and then revert back to low rep, high weight. Worked well for me, at least.

Are you fat or skinny or normal? If you are fat (like I am) progress won't be as visible on your body or the weight scale. Don't take steroids. Aggression and heart attacks correlate with steroid use. If you have time I suggest you also do some cardio. I hike and ski. Heavy packs and variable terrain do wonders.

I think we can all agree that heterosexuality is a mental illness and part of the overall capitalist agenda.

Heterosexuality leads to overpopulation and the production of more consumers. Homosexuality leads to careful choice before procreating, leading to a more educated and democratically engaged citizenry.

Yes, I am fat, I'm about 6'2 and weight 250 lbs. Maybe that's why I'm not satisfied with my progress even tho my bench max has went up 50 lbs since restarting. I know the typical /fit/ advice is to loose weight which is easier said then done.

I haven't wanted to subject myself to a diet bc I wanted to prioritize gains and muscle growth. I lost about 80 lbs using a low carb diet and got down to 175 lbs a couple years but I also lost a lot of muscle mass when I did it. I'm pretty much right back where I started weight-wise, I've only been seriously going at the weights for maybe two months.

My max bench when I started was far below where it was when I quit due to inactivity, I'm pretty close to my max bench several years ago but you can understand why that may not feel like a great victory right now.

What advice does /leftyfit/ have for a big guy?

how would you difference a true natty from a fake one?

Stop focusing on looks.

I wouldn't, but if you know a reliable source go ahead.

You need to diet. I clock in between 175-190 pounds at 5'9", but I'm a mesomorph built like Henry Rollins in his prime. You can retain a lot of muscle with weight loss doing at least two days of lifting a week (more if you've been lifting a while) and a good diet, like 8 fat to 2 muscle loss. You may want to rotate cutting and bulking every two months for weight loss so you don't lose too much muscle and if you struggle with weight loss this may be a better strategy because the extra muscle helps consume more calories.

t. former fat fuck who went from 275 pounds to about 180.

Diet. It's the only way, unless you run around mountains pulling a truck tire for hours on end. I have worked out similar yo you for 4 months, low rep, high weight until I hit plateau, then mid rep, mid weight, rinse and repeat. I did watch calories from food intake but drank heavily during the period. I also went hiking for an average of 3 hours once per week and did about half an hour cardio warmup before each lifting session. I hadn't lifted for three years, weighed 105 kilos. I went down to 100 kilos after 4 months. You need to focus on diet. The good thing about losing weight through diet is that cardio becomes easier. Also, industrial cardio on treadmill is alienating as fuck. Go run in a park, or the outback, or whatever. Looks are a good motivation, but the feeling of actually being able to do things easily is the best.

In case you didn't get it: My post was about how little I went down in weight despite working out for 4 months.
