The Palestinians might be moved by Trump's aggression to organize a third intifada. The problem is the lack of organization at this point means it would be formless. The question, therefore, of how it can enforce demands or, potentially, build political power, remains murky. I think the best scenario is that a socialist organization, encompassing both Palestinian and israeli workers, pushes specifically for an intifada. I don't think any direct action can succeed for the palestinians without the support of israeli proles though.

This is one thing which pisses me off about a lot of anti-Zionism/pro-Palestine ideology: it just assumes all Israelis (including proles, Jews who arrived as refugees, the ultra-orthodox who live off government benefits, Mizrahi or Ethiopian Jews who have historically faced discrimination) are essentially the same, and are all too "evil" to deal with. It's like, if you can expose someone or some group as being the devil incarnate, there's no reason to investigate them further or think up a solution aside from expelling or severely punishing them. And that's the problem: it becomes a giant revenge fantasy, rather than a means of resolving contradiction. Even as far as "punishment" goes, a just punishment isn't about "giving people what they deserve" but bettering societal conditions overall. Yeah, Ashkenazim aren't going to be sent back to Europe - that's just what the Palestinians will have to deal with. The best thing they can do is make alliances with Israeli leftists and go from there.

Take this into account as well: the Palestinian NB would never, ever do a land reform, because it would want to keep all of those Israeli firms (especially the tech companies) in-place for the sake of development and national morale. As it is, Israel puts a shitload of money into developing technology, and there's no way in hell the new Palestinian ruling class would want to see all of that go. For comparison, after the USSR broke up the newly-capitalist republics suffered a tremendous amount of brain-drain from so many Soviet scientists and engineers leaving (as the USSR also put a lot of resources into R&D, and when the country dissolved all the funding dried up). The Palestinians won't want that so they'll allow for Israeli scientists and tech firms to keep doing their thing - certainly at Palestinian proles' expense.
