I think that this is a fair concern and it's best solved if you consider two things: one is how information flows in the web, and the other is demographics.

Regarding the first, right-wing people have become such good culture warriors lately because the universe of conservative think-thank pseudo-academia and right-wing news websites is vast, usually because it never runs out of funding. Since these have no compromise with the truth or the advancement of their respective fields and science, its academics and pundits can dedicate themselves to issues that are designed for mass consumption. An economist or sociologist employed by an university has to take a lot of time addressing academic issues that are beyond the understanding of most people, but one employed by an Austrian think thank or a right-wing newspaper can afford to direct his output towards proving that starvation is good because it increases our drive to work and that allowing bosses to sue the families of employees who commit suicide after being overworked is good and cost-effective.

Now, this information and data-producing factory needs a labor market to recruit from. These people are not academics, who must at least prove themselves worthy thinkers or researchers. They are straight up meant to be propagandists, so this creates a demand for people who are able to gain an audience and provoke a reaction. This demands lead to an entire universe of bloggers, pundits, writers, youtubers and so on whose final ambition is to be recruited by one of those organizations, all of which were since day one just trying to preach the message and gain followers on their own. Compare this to the left-leaning historian who locked himself into research rooms hoping to make ahead in academia (because he has no left-wing intellectual group to work for instead) and it's obvious why the Right gets so good at debate and controversy while our pundits all sound like bored, drained and jaded geography teachers who have never interacted with someone who doesn't wear glasses. There's of course the occasional Chomsky or Zizek, but the majority of them are restrained not only by the focus of their work, but also by demands of respectability coming from their jobs.

Then you have the lower class, the footsoldiers who will carry all this material towards the masses and spread it in a grassroots manner. The reason they're so good and so driven towards that is because the network of pseudo-academic and news groups have armed them with necessary data and information for that, and its individual pundits incited their emotions through their writing and their antics (muh debates) because that's what they had to learn to get ahead in the hierarchy. And the right-wing audience, and this is for reasons much broader than this, is more likely to be preachy and aggressive. The left-wing audience, usually composed of young people who have started leaning left after encountering student activism or left-wing art (radical unionism, radical partisan politics and radical organization in general have all been systematically demolished in the past half century) is more prone to lock itself in socially self-sufficient echo chambers of youth subcultures where they complain about their reactionary uncle and everyone is is above actually arguing with PatrioticMike65 about welfare or explaining to him that the Lenin quote on his background pic is fake.

If you want to remedy the situation, you need to understand this so you can fix your approach. The true problem is institutional, because the Left lacks the capital necessary to create a similar network. But we can learn to organize ourselves in a manner where the supply of an intelligentsia will precede the demand and individual pundits and groups will not feel isolated and atomized, and that this intelligentsia will have freedom of thought and speech, instead of being respectable academics who will never allow themselves to go anywhere more risqué than Jacobin for the sake of their careers.
