I should probably explain the thought process I used in dividing people into these groups as honestly it wasn't too clear from just looking. Basically I want to get more leftist youtubers in contact to talk about videos, collabs, and in general get to know eachother to give us a stronger community. When I made these groups I mainly made it in mind with what other youtubers each individual youtuber talks to already - this is why badmouse was in the SJW group and not the anarchist group. Tbf though he actually talks to people from almost all groups so it was hard to place him.

I wouldn't recommend sticking to what I've given in the original image for that reason and instead basing it on productive value, then ideology, rather than respective social circles like you've laid out in the OP. You don't have to ofc, this is just my suggestion.

They're literally never wrong though. Their main limitation as I see it is an overly academic tone and reluctance to make spectacular or bombastic claims that can't be rigorously supported, and therefore it can get a little predictable. Far as actual reporting on current events, though, it's pretty much wall-to-wall.
They've got a good 50k daily readers, which falls behind Jacobin, but they've got a lot more consistency and quality control. I'd probably put the two next to each other, at least above the non-socialist, state-owned or corporate media.

I think you should subscribe to them for what they will produce in the future, not for their videos shitting on some cinema youtube channel. If you don't like Outrage News, which is their best video imo, the channel isn't for you.

He gives out a lot of info, I really like his channel but I can only speak for his political stuff, not the lets plays he started with.

As a side note I don't like lets plays or a "group of guys speak while game footage is playing channels."

The first two in fun stuff are essentially music channels with a soviet/commie theme. I put Russia today there to indicate it's more for it's opinion shows than it's straight news which no one seems to like here. Basically emphasizing it's entertainment value.

I like all the channels we have collected but I'd change the layout. It feels a little overwhelming with some of the lists having so many entries, it should be more nuanced.
Let me make some suggestions:

The Holla Forums list has a high amount of memelords. While I like those kinds of channels, they are very much different to more serious stuff like Muke.
I'd make one section for Holla Forums affiliates and just make another charts called memers.
The leftists youtubers can and should be separated by ideology. Maybe you should cut it up into Communists, Anarchists, Tankies and Other, with other including people like Rebel who changes his position every 10 minutes and unironically liked Stirner at some point. I'm unsure about making tankies a separate category but communism and anarchism definitely should be split.

The Academics section deserves some more elaboration, it should be split into economics and philosophy halves, they overlap but can generally be differentiated. Richard Wolf and Wes Cecil are very different people.

As for the anti reactionaries, they could stay like that.
Lastly, I'd rename Fun Stuff to Miscellaneous so it can have more stuff.

I'm not sure if these fit. Qualia Soup and and Theramin Trees are philosophers that concentrate on religious criticism. They are much more intellectual than your average youtube atheist and make great videos about indoctrination in general. Their output is low and they only really work with each other though.

Theramin used to be part of the atheist community when it was really big around the dawn of youtube to about 2010. Somewhere in that time he asked me to do a small segment where atheists take one common complaint that comes up a lot and answer it for them. I chose a segment and he put me in. I also played video tag with him a few times on in terms of those "shoutout a youtuber to answer these question or to shoutout other youtubers etc." I'm not sure if people still do that on Youtube. I talked to him only a few times behind the scenes, but he was really nice.

I think he deleted most of his community oriented videos when he became more professional in his presentation, although his videos were always more high quality than most.

Open courseware in general can be pretty useful, and it has a distinct "knowledge and education are human rights" ethos about it, even though it's technically more a form of charity and doesn't give people any credentials for work in the capitalist world. But you can see it as a "transitional program" of sorts to point people towards the potential of a post-capitalist society and question the outrageous expense of "an education" under capitalism in places like the US.

sci-hub.cc (URL likely subject to change) is excellent for getting around journal paywalls and bringing academic research to the people. It questions the intellectual property laws endemic to capitalism in a similar way.

I haven't been playing much vidya recently and after not watching their content for some time, I went on an unsubscribe spree. Also removed some edgy humour channels I hadn't been enjoying much anymore like Filthy Frank.
Having a few slow content producers is better than having 10 videos every day. I'm unsure if I want to keep my Jimmy Dore subscription for that reason, he puts out too much and buries my feed.

We already have a few science channels on there but I think this is enough. Science channels have a tendency to be sensationalist and badly researched anyway, we probably have the best one with CGP Grey already.

The problem is that that could be a huge list, so putting it in a bottom corner wouldn't do it justice. I also have little knowledge on documentaries, so I wouldn't be much help there.
I think we'll just leave it blank, no need to force it. Chart should be as complete as it gets when we add the political catgirls. The only major issue is that the written media is mostly stuff some random user gave me, that might need revision at a later point.
