I don't have access to a lot of scientific studies, But here is a chart from the 90's depicting different dimensions of the drugs effect on users.

All I found regarding its neurotoxicity was that in conjunction with other stimulants it can lead to neurotoxicity.

As for potency the drug is considered less intoxicating but with more severe withdrawels and dependency. So i suppose Cannabis is stronger, but less so in terms of longer term effects.

You have to remember that while Cannabis is a growing industry, Caffeine is a multi-century old mega billion dollar industry and the lack of studies on in its negative side effects is partly due to the money influence over the science. Just as there were few studies about BPA, Glyphosate and Aspartame before the 90's and 00's due to the massive profits that were at stake.

Again I don't have access to extensive scientific studies. I don't have a key.
