I don't appear to have a PSP chart, as for no/minimal grind RPGs Diablo 1 has essentially no grind compared to the wildly inferior shitfest that was 2 back when 2 came out it was only the multiplayer and grind obsessed kiddies who weren't extremely disappointed but they've been more vocal over the years so now most fags skip 1 without even trying it.

This pisses me off. The resolution isn't even that crazy for a chart, but I can see why they'd be against doing that. I dunno how they managed to make it all align perfectly but there is a lot wrong, and a lot missing with this chart.

I guess you need to set a limit somewhere but I think you could make JRPG and FPS smaller to make some more room. Also remove some of the games from series that already have three games on there. Also to be fair it is already almost 9MB and the limit used to be 12 so maybe space was a concern but you could always just reduce the quality of the jpg.

What's a good FOSS program for making charts? None of the image editors I normally use are good with making the alignment of images and text consistent without doing it by hand (Or I'm just terrible with them).

The point of the chart is to detail the best games on the system, and the torrent collection should reflect that.
Super Nintendo games can be found everywhere in the internet. I don't have a problem spoon-feeding people, but in this case I think it would actually be easier to look for the games on the chart one would find interesting on Google.
Again, they're probably already in the sharethread.
No one ever plays everything in a fullset.

I use GIMP, to fix alignment I add guides to the canvas and enable "snap to guides". Another method I use when I'm adding a lot of images and they're all the same size, is making one cell and tiling it throughout the chart, then pasting the images into the cells (edit -> paste into) so it's a pixel-perfect fit.

I don't think it's a very rigorously curated list, people were mostly throwing out developers they like and they were being added indiscriminately. E.g. Oddworld Inhabitants, who haven't truly made a game in 13 years (unless you count Just Add Water's remake). Or the inclusion of Devolver Digital for some reason, even though they're a publisher, not a developer.
