If the Central Powers won we would have never seen fascism come to power, the USSR still would have been established, and communism arguably would have been far more powerful in the present day than it is in this timeline.
Fascism still would have happened, just in the allies since they were the losers
Nolan Davis
Assuming the POD is no US intervention (which was primarily financial) and a more successful offensive on the West front forcing the allies to throw in the towel under the weight of their debt. Perhaps, but it would be substantially weaker. The USSR was beaten back by Poland alone in the original timeline; it'll be beaten back substantially further when the Imperial armies return from the western front to try to turn away the communist menace and secure the gains they sacrificed so much for. Also, a Europe securely under the rule of its logical hegemon (Germany) will be much harder to defeat or play against each other than a Europe divided between Germany and weaker powers trying to keep it down.
Except France is substantially weaker than Germany, particularly a victorious German Empire which may yet cannibalize the broken mess that was Austria-Hungary near the end of the war. France can't turn Fascist very well when there's a very militaristic and interventionist state right next door which can defeat it quite decisively. Britain wouldn't be all that harmed by losing since Germany can't reach it, so I doubt there'd be this sort of militarist expansionist revanchism, merely some terrible financial problems that may swing it Left.

It's not like any left-wing uprising in Germany happened or anything.

wouldn't the victorious central powers strangle the revolution in the cradle?

hell yeah bitch

I don't think the aristocracy would risk it. Germany was already making mad concessions to the people to avoid revolution and Austria-Hungary was a walking corpse. They're not gonna push their luck by going hard into the Russian Civil War. They'll probably try to defend at least some of what Brest-Litovsk gave them, but no more than that.

Is there one of those for the Commune of France?
Jack Johnson
i think the aristocracy would risk it . not sure if it would end in the death of the bolsheviks or revolution spreading to germany though
Carter Moore
Not yet. They have only done them for the Union of Britain, the Kaiserreich and the Ottoman military.
Nolan Edwards
Communist revolution is far more likely in France and Britain with their defeat in the Great War, not fascist revolution. They both had enormous socialist sects in their countries prior to the war and the war gave them the patriotic excuse to shut them down. The victory euphoria and intervention into the Russian Civil War stripped away what remained.
We would see equivalents to the German Revolution of 1918 in at least France if not Great Britain assuming a Central Powers victory.
Jose Bell
the british and especially the french left were far more militant than the german left as well.

Considering the sheer amount of collaborationist parties — some of which staffed with former socialists — who gleefully flocked to the Nazis as soon as Germany successfully blitzkrieg'd the Somme, I wouldn't be so sure about it.
No it wouldn't, the Germans tried to whipe out communism as soon as the tzar was gone. The germans aided Finland against red politics, going to far as liberating Helsinki for them. In the Baltics there were German volunteer korps ((iron division) fighting reds, Josef Bischoff wanted to march to leningrad and establish a pro German Russian government in which baltic Germans would play a huge part. Bischoff had connections to both Pabst and Ehrhardt, all of them were far from friendly to reds.
Russia would've been purged for red politics and the revolution would've had a very bloody end, if the central powers had one. All it would've changed was that Russia would become German dominated (By actual Germans, not Balt-Germans)
