This has been discussed before, if the origin is vidya, then they count as vidya even if they don't have 5 games.

I had another idea though. What if we rifftraxed these? OP could upload them soundless on youtube or wherever with no copyright issues and provide a link in the comments to download the audio. The audio would probably be a fairly small file. Then you could either download both and recreate the video or watch on youtube download the audio and play both synched up.
