I've never beaten a Pokemon game before, and I want to get to it with one of the older ones, Is there a hack that's tailored for solo play, meaning there's no trading needed for getting/evolving all the Pokémon?

It refers that hack let's you choose between Mario & Luigi, AND LUIGI has different physics compared to Mario (larger jumps and such), but Mario has the same physics as usual, so don't panic.

You'll have to be more specific than that - there's at least one of those for pretty much every single Pokemon game, even the 3DS ones. If you're looking for actual hacks that aren't just fixes to the old ones, again I recommend Pokemon Prism due to the amount of work put into it.

I've been playing some Hyper Metroid lately, and having a blast. I'm loving the level design, graphics, the Project Base gameplay changes and the boss battles. Golden Torizo was satisfying as fuck to kill.

I just want to be able to catch every pokémon available in that generation by myself (for example a Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow hack in which I can get the 151 mons without trading and stuff) I'd like to start with first or second gens (as I'm more familiar with those).

Like I said, nearly every single Pokemon game has at least one hack that does this. There's Pokemon Red and Crystal "Emu versions" if you feel like starting there.

Emu versions of Pokemon hacks are passe these days. There are dissassemblies of the First and Second gen games, making it virtually limitless what you could do with these games. Polished Crystal is mentioned a lot for good reason, but let's not forget Prism, which had trainer customization and 60 FPS.

It's amazing how in just a few years Gen 1+2 hacking has advanced vastly more than Gen 3 hacking has done in it's entire span.

Also, if anyone knows how to make Sword of Mana remotely challenging, I'd take it, playing it on 2x speed to try to make it harder ended up making it EASIER due to combo flowing more consistently

I remember there was a English translation patch for Sin & Punishment on the N64 done by Zoinkity that got taken off of romhacking.net for apparently plagiarizing the previous romhack that replaces the text using textures. This one replaces the text through a patch.

I have a A9LH Luma n3ds, how do I get golden sun and other GBA games on it? I know how to get a .cia and just install with the FBI app but what about GBA games? I didn't see them on freeshop.

GBA games also use the .cia format, so just find a .cia of Golden Sun, install it, find out that it's actually GBA-encoded dolphin porn and you're good to go. I don't know why you're not seeing them on Freeshop but I'd think they'd be available there as well. Maybe try updating your titlekeys?

All the gba games made available by nintendo should be on there. Anything else, you'll have to find a download somewhere else.

Nintendo never released the GBA Virtual Console for 3DS officially (as it was only a gift for their "ambassadors" who bought the console full price on launch) and they only released a handful of titles for the GBA. the homebrew community managed to "inject" any GBA game into the emulator bundled into the Virtual Console games, and even improved it by removing ghosting and improving the brightness. You can use the "Universal GBA VC Injector" to make an instalable .cia from a game yourself, but you're better off getting them from 3DSiso.com (under the CIA downloads there's a subsection named "Virtual Console CIA downloads" or something like that)
