With eidolons and rivens the idea of sacrificing operator to use umbra doesn't hold up anymore.
They are just too tightly integrated into the game at this point.
Most likely you'll need to use basic Excalibur as crafting ingredient to build Umbra, maybe different other frames for different part like systems or chassis. We already do that with weapons.
But potatoes aren't going anywhere.

I'm sure you could have Helminth take over the Operator role after [plot] has allowed it to trap and use them in the back of its room as a battery for the frames. The hivemind could take the Operator's place in quests, thereby satisfying the group of people who disliked the concept of Operators. Best thing about it would be that the choice to trap and exploit the Tenno could be reversed at any point.

Did you use viver/draco and still find it difficult? Because it's slower than before now, even if slightly so.
If you're referring to acquiring new gear and frames, they keep shitting it out, so it's probably easier than a year or two before in this department.
Game is still about autistic grinding and trying to break mechanics to cause huge nerf wave like it always was, with about 4~6 hours worth of story cinematics added over 4 years including audio logs playing during walking sequences/gameplay.

All you need is to be able to channel their powers through the frames while keeping them sedated. Who the fuck cares if they're conscious. Frames have ever since been slave to the Tenno's will, with them literally mind controlling them. Helminth could easily become the liberator of frames and new player character by siphoning the Tenno power while keeping them asleep. Not dreaming, actually asleep.

I guess you care about the story. Well I don't, because Steve&Co were retconning the shit out of Warframe every year, a couple of times per-year. They can retcon anything anytime.
What you're suggesting is purely plot-related, it doesn't change gameplay.

If anything I'd rather have kids to actually be inside warframes, because that's how it functions currently gameplay-wise, since you emerge from them and put them on with 5 button, rather than returning to initial frame's position, but story-wise it would make it closer to the classics like Guyver or Apocalypse Zero, where armor is a separate entity but functions as the whole with the wielder.

I don't want to antagonize you user, but how new are you to the game?
Because if you have been playing this shit form more than 6 months, you're gotta be some high-end masochist, or otherwise highly resistant to bullying/humiliation.
Because every more or less experienced player faced DE's cruelty at least once, where the thing you love most about the game is getting raped, shit on and thrown out into the gutter before your own face.
Most veterans experienced it more than once.
I played it since 2016 and shit already happened to me several times.
DE are plain evil.

Just recently got into Warframe (about 19 hours logged thus far, I was playing it almost nonstop throughout the weekend) and holy shit I'm impressed by this game. Just going to sperg out and give some opinions. TL;DR incoming.

The performance is very solid. Even on my shitty netbook I can hit about 40-50fps in missions (sometimes it falls down to 30 when playing with others but it's still perfectly playable) and when I *do* get onto a semi-decent computer it's a solid 60fps all the time. I'm impressed at how this game runs. It's one of those games that run smoother than older games with less impressive graphics.

Secondly, I just like how the game feels, jumping around and going super fast is fun, cutting through swarms of enemies like a fucking God feels satisfying. The controls are responsive and I've had no real problems with falling around or doing shit I didn't want to do, when I fuck up, it's usually because I fucked up or failed somehow. I have a love hate relationship with the spy missions where you need to recover data, there's some that I haven't quite gotten the hang of and while I haven't failed a mission yet, I've had some 'oh shit' moments.

There's not much to say, there's not much else than running missions, killing lots of shit and upgrading and crafting and becoming even more powerful. There always seems to be some progressions thus far and it hasn't yet felt stale. It's not one of those games I can really go for hours at a time but the quests seem pretty fun so far.
I've yet to get the Archwing (but I'm working on that fucker), I haven't seen any paywalls yet, the game seems very generous with what you can get and do, I've even found some fairly cool cosmetic shit I could craft if I want to. It's hard to feel Jewed out by a game that gives you tons of shit and pretty much all the content for free.

It this game grindy? Yes, is it repetitive. Yes… But it's fucking fun! It doesn't even feel like a grind (yet)

Get a Rhino. It makes it trivial to level melee weapons on Dark Sector survivals, like Gabii on Ceres. This in turn makes leveling mastery simple.

I wouldn't say new, but I also haven't been really disappointed with anything DE did in the past. I don't count them fucking up the deluxe skin for my framefu, since that's a matter of taste.

We didn't have these problems before they showed up.

Rhino is pretty easy to get and is very durable. Frost is a must-have for the higher-end defense missions. The Galatine is my favorite melee weapon, the Lex/Aklex is easy to get early on and hits like a truck, it will one shot most things in the early game. The Tigris is a great shotgun, the Soma is a good automatic rifle, and the Vectis is a good sniper, even though snipers don't really have a huge role to play in such a fast-paced game like this.

Get Trinity because she's a great tank, support, easy to mod on a budget, and used in pretty much everything meta-wise. I'd also recommend Loki for easy fast stealth with some decent CC. Lastly I'd also recommend Frost, because he's a great defensive frame. make sure you get those Orokin Reactor and Orokin Catalyst alerts though, you're gonna need them
Corinth there's better shotguns, but it feels so satisfying
We have a group of Holla Forums clans, mainly due to how research works it's easier for clusters of small community alliances as opposed to one big clan. I'm pretty sure some of our clan leaders are watching the threads right now that can tell who which clan has room.
The mechanics aren't that deep, but you'll learn how to modify your weapons/frames to an autistic degree and learn how to optimize your farming.

I don't have a computer, how are the console versions of the game? Is there cross-play?
