As an ex/pol/ack, give me a concise reason why I should follow your ideology instead of any other.

:^)

Which one?

Socialism in in your material self-interest and that of the people you love. The current system puts you in a situation where you're being robbed of the value you create and/or forced to act according to very particular unwritten rules in order to survive it.

Let's start with just the basic end goal of socialism/communism in the abstract, friend. Trying to win someone over to a specific ideology is shitbird behavior.

you don't choose your ideology

it's not an ideology dummy. de-spook yourself

Its the only one that is correct.

"communism", that is.

just replace "jews" with "bourgeois" and "degeneracy" with "exploitation"

Self hatred

Let me post a picture that might explain our position in terms you understand.

I've got one too. Holla Forums boils down to the way the guy in the middle is acting at the end of the gif.

Why isn't communism considered an ideology? Genuine question

Communism is the goal or seen as an inevitability, Marxism and the like are ideologies.

Marx used the term to denote systems that were based on Idealistic, as opposed to materialistic, systems

Communism/socialism is a type of society, a mode of production and everything built on top of that. It's a technical classification for something hypothetical (like black holes up until they were discovered). Communism/socialism is also used to denote the overarching movement of people who are trying to bring about communism as well, which unfortunately complicates things. This guy is right in that an ideology would be the specific idea of how communism will/should happen. This guy is technically right but this is an autistic point. In this context idealism and materialism mean something very different form how they're normally used outside of philosophy. This is probably not the context to bring that shit up, but bringing it up and not explaining it is really fucking stupid and that guy should feel stupid.

Idealism is the notion that the universe is based on concepts, that concepts drive what happens in reality. Materialism is the notion that the universe is based on physical matter and physical relationships between matter, and this is what drives events. In the context of Marx, he was disagreeing with the prevailing belief that belief drove history. His contention is that needs drive history - from the basic human needs of each member of society up to the strategic needs of society itself to maintain power. Marx's insight here (which has been vindicated by neuroscience to some degree) is that beliefs are secondary and form into whatever people need them to be to justify doing what suits their material needs.

To be more clear I've been an egoist in training. Do we just have different goals and paths there to?
Thanks by the way.

There are like 50 different ones here, man.

so what are you now?

market anarchism is pretty cool

That's the essence of all politics except realpolitik. Everyone wants the best society but disagrees on how. Egoism is a lot closer to communism than the mainstream. But egoism has its limits, the most important one being that the self if a spook.

Government is corrupt.
Putting weak and incapable people into power through a bureaucratic legal backed system destroys society, no matter your beliefs, unless you are at the very top (and even then it destroys the world around you, limiting the heights you could reach).

does it boil down to that? cause ive never seen pol say homeless are the reason for society becoming destroyed, it always goes back to the irish conspiracy

We have better memes

Because the only two possible ultimate futures for mankind are either socialism or barbarism, and it's as simple as that.

Pretend the guy on the left represents non-whites, and the guy on the right represents capitalism, and that's what he was implying.

that's bullshit and you know it

MUTUAL AID

It's unironically not. We still own punk, and folk now, both subcultures are superior to imageboard shitposting.

What limits? How does self being a spook really limit egoism? I seem so enchanted with its idea of property and ownnes.

Because either everyone will share in control of our natural resources or you will be controlled by those that have monopolized them and become the new techno gentry
