Choices don't matter in any of these games, they're either done as part of the story or all end up at the same result. Hell, Divinity doesn't have that many choices either but in terms of combat is has an edge in freedom over the rest.

Witcher 3 does kind of fit. You do have choices and consequences story wise, it's nothing big (especially compared to previous iterations) but it does sort of exist.

In the rest nope, nothing you do matter you're on rails save a slight deviation in the ending.
