Is has been since its conception and it always will be.
"communism" that used identity instead of class to explain the world isnt communism by its very definition.

It looks like right-liberals are falling for the same bullshit narrative that left-liberals are. Socialism is becoming more popular, because people are grasping for solutions to economic problems. Only the stupedist of dupes and the genuinely bourgeois still find anything of value in neoliberalism, and the recent revival of populist progressivism is obviously bankrupt to anyone who does even the most rudimentary analysis of global economy.
Idpol is just smoke and mirrors that distract people from their economic interests. It will become increasingly transparent as the situation becomes more desperate.
Hunter James
This is a safe space to talk about being oppressed by the porky and the only way to alleviate capitalism is to put porky to the same status as us, even though it would probably be the fastest way to crash the economy and prevent future innovation.
Cameron Sanders
You can support idpol or be against and be a communist. The same way you can deny or believe in climate change and be a communist. Its not impossible to have a variety of personal views as long as you want to transition from capitalism to communism.
Owen Robinson
Identity Politics just means an excuse for people to bash straight white men.

Not really. "Communism" and "socialism" have no real meaning in the United States, because in this country, all political terms are empty scapegoats for vague cultural symbolism and personal biases. Same with "capitalism".
If an actual commie explained what they believe to an American millennial, they'd get called a conservative.

Great point, really made me think.

This video just illustrates a few of the examples of how government impedes innovation youtu.be/cHfsk8iL_C0
The main point was that with no incentive to make profit why would anyone want to innovate?
The only way big-government countries have ever innovated was when the government had pushed for weapons and space research when there was incentive to because they needed to win a war.

If it weren't for the Federal crimes that allow that onanistic self-aggrandizement to proceed unhindered, none of us would have to put up with your booj identity bullshit. Kill yourself

Okay.
No because communism and socialism are against idpol, your statement makes no sense.
Yes because it does not use it.
The two have nothing to do with each other. What are you on about?
No.

Am I the only one who has noticed a more concerted push among basic bitch conservatives to pretend nazism was also marxism/communism/socialism?
I mean they have been saying this meme for a while, but I have been seeing it a lot more lately. I think they're really hoping this will stop the runoff when Trump crashes their party with no survivors.
Carter Thompson
No. It's even coming from racialists and such.

Well, NSDAP DID have a left wing, but they all got killed.

why do these fuck never bother to learn the most basic concepts used by their opponents?

He makes some valid points, but Bookchin had been making more coherent arguments against ID pol years ago: youtube.com/watch?v=C1rvIRtb1AM

I've noticed some 'communists' and 'revolutionaries' who like to condemn "liberal" identity politics.

The US leadership was shocked by how fast the Soviet Union caught up with the west in tech and science. In the 60s there was a real fear that US was falling behind, what with Sputnik a few years before and other groundbreaking Soviet innovations. State funding for innovation and tech was found to be more effective - DARPA is a direct reaction to that.
