I don't really understand the thoughts behind saying lolis aren't children or at least represent them in some way. Obviously they're not real and many artists exaggerate certain things (wider hips, curvier bodies, adult personalities, thick thighs, and such) but many are clearly designed to resemble children or at least give off the idea of one. People will see a picture of an adult woman and are quick to point out she's a milf because of her mature proportions such as large hips, developed torso (not to be confused with breast size), and slender legs. Characters with a smaller torso, narrow hips, and a small size in general would be considered to have childlike features.

People don't have a problem noticing adult features and calling them out, so I don't see why people keep trying to deny lolis look like children since you'll have no problem recognizing and identifying adult characters. Every time a shit news site calls out a game for being a "lolicon fantasy", people are quickly to point out how retarded they are and how could they possibly think someone like the characters in Senran Kagura look anything like children? Instead you have them refusing to fix a game after making a game breaking glitch where there's a 50/50 chance of never finishing the game in a certain area. Fans begged and they didn't want to patch it. Shit was so bad it had to be remade (or is it an enhanced port?) onto the PS4. The PS2 visual novel Ar Tonelico 2 was fucked up so badly that it took fans several years to unfuck the game for the western audience.

Now that's just the first half of it. They also translate things horribly. Throwing in memes and sometimes completely changing the context of a scene. It has come to the point where NISA is considered the death wish of a product because if it may be broken, translated badly, or censored to hell. Not many know for sure exactly why they do it. Whether it's due to money by making excuses to their JP devs that they need more time for "culturalization". Which might be the case for why their censorship is never consistent. You may think "We should reward quality works then." but don't support them despite this. It just means more money to ruin other games. If you must buy them (like Disgaea 5 is a great game), then get it used.
