I looked up the moves and there sure are a lot of them (there is a video detailing all of them that's like 1 hour 20 minutes long). Just give her lithe karate style attacks like those knife-hand jabs. I don't know if you can make your own moves or use props like folding chairs etc. If you can use props, see if you can include a pole-like prop.
