With these archives you can prove that kind of people wrong, or right depending on the situation. Also, sometimes people complain about the non-gaming vs gaming webm ratio and other stuff like that. The purpose of those archives is to provide information when needed.

Because files are content addressed on 8ch now. If you posted that webm yetserday, today, or tomorrow, with a different filename, on a different board, it will always have the same url.
