I played the entirety of Halo 3 with no sound.
It was pretty boring.
Dead Space 2 is boring with no sound as well.
The only games I can recommend playing with no sound are the white noise games, these vary from person to person. For me it's Just Cause 2, Binding of Isaac, Crimsonland and Warframe.
