ISPs, at least in the UK, Canada, and USA, operate as natural monopolies. Especially in the USA where it's routine as fuck for massive nationwide ISPs to force local and federal governments to shut down small community ran ISPs, and limit access to infrastructure for smaller commercial ISPs.

2)the administration is suing to block att merger and demanding a lot of divestments to allow it to go through
