a: no or extremely few bugs and they somehow don't mess it up with gameplay-altering micro-transactions or something… supposedly they found a working copy of it, so theres the bugs part finished with
b: progressive content release and starts with 1.12.x talents
c: MC/BWL/ony are slightly buffed to account for 1.12.x talents
d: no SJW GMs, of course that isn't gonna happen so private servers it is
e: anti-cheat protection; i dont gotta explain that part

The thing is the big difference with private servers is if you call foul it's not gonna do much, Blizzard is a AAA company and try as they might there is no way some (((gaming site))) won't act when there is blood on the water and blow the entire situation out of proportion. I already played on Nostalrius and Kronos II and while the experience was fantastic, there are lots of shit. My lvl 60 character got deleted because of the kikes at Nost, and Kronos II had some issues. But my major gripe is this: as a warrior, the rage generation sucked ass (as far as other people told me). Warrior's rage generation should have been through the roof, especially with spells like Berserker's Rage. Instead, my leveling process as a warrior became shittier when at least the rage mechanics should have helped. It is indeed a wise act to be wary of them and to be skeptical from nuBlizz, but if in the end Classic turns out to be decent, I'd play the shit out of it.

I know a lot of people want nothing to change, but can there be good changes? The only changes that I can think of (unless it ruins the experience or the whole balance of the game) is making shitty specs viable. I understand that this is a controversial subject, but can shitty specs be viable without fuckups? Won't you like to see more Ret/boomies/shammiedps/druids? Some of the "shitty" specs were more viable than the metafags were willing to admit. The biggest issue with Vanilla in terms of balance was the hard limit of 8 Debuffs per target. This was not an intentional design choice, but rather a limitation imposed by the game's coding.
Uncapping it, which they've already done on the live servers, would be a pretty significant change and probably lead to less pigeonholing.

The problem is that holy paladins did "support" just as well because of the talent tree layout, and only had to put in 1/10th of the effort.
However, all they'd need to do is make you go deep ret for one of the improved blessings, or make sanctity aura work as in TBC. No major changes or DPS boosts are needed because DPS doesn't matter past a certain point anyway. Not in 40mans.

you would be surprised how often beta and old builds go missing or can't be found because shit gets moved around. even if it's data on a server if the internal servers that hold builds gets moved around locating it on the network would be a pain.
