It has most of what you speak of and a win condition. the game is basically about recognizing girls' personalities and responding correctly and at appropriate times to get them to like you and eventually get them horny/in love at which point you need to seduce them for sex which is essentially the "win sequence" but blends perfectly with gameplay so that it feels rewarding. in most other H-games the sex scene interrupts the gameplay in some way or you only get it when you lose etc. which is just counterproductive.

Another thing AA2 does well is the difficulty. Difficulty is about how hard it is to bang the chicks so you can pretty much set your own exact desired difficulty with character creation and your desired class setup. In fact, it's on another level from most other games. The char creator + class manager options together give you a way to create your own framework for a completely unique experience to play out. It's the only game of its kind and even the vanilla version is great. With mods it's even better.
