We are also reaching a dangerous point, where we won't be able to distinguish a legitimate facebook meme, and a meme made by one of us to look like a facebook meme(either as a parody, or in the style of). For instance with, pic related, I am not sure which is which.
It is also true, that because the image is always below the text, in a facebook post, memes with "me before drinking and me after a few drinks with a funny image as the punchline" work, but not here where the image is either at the left side of the text(with a single image) or above the text(with multiple pics/files).

I just want vidya to become an obscure hobby again. I want the majority of people to stop playing vidya, and game journalists to off themselves. I can't stand seeing this shit anymore. I've got some bad news, user. The times changed, y'know? Games are in the public space now, and nothing can take them out. They're a huge industry, with millions of dollars being thrown around like cash snowballs, and the people in charge won't just let that industry die or skulk back to obscurity. Not while there's money to be made. To think that we never deserved this treatment is also a lie, sad to say. We dug our own graves by making our own culture and bathing in it. Every snide remark we made, every mario reference we made in high school, every game we bought, it's slowly been bringing us to this point, the game singularity, when everyone thinks they deserve the life we grew up having. It's wishful thinking to want things to go back to the way they were. Before every game had to be all-inclusive. Before difficulty wasn't reported to be literally hitler, and tumblr didn't run off with every game's protagonist screaming about how they're the new icon for gay furries. The sad unfortunate truth is, that like hitler, old Holla Forums, season 1 of HWNDU, awesomeface, and everything else of our past, the time for that golden age has passed. I won't ask you to accept it, user. You just have to realize it's gone, and figure out what to do from there. Me, I get by playing a few games I enjoy with friends, and not letting toxic influences get me down. There's gonna be new games, user, and every hack's gonna try to push their agenda with it. You just need to learn how to make your own assumptions so you can ignore the masses.
