The sharing of those megalinks haven't stopped, at all, so any DMCAs on those links will effect the github accordingly ulness it's a reupload. The PC section has the old version of Skyrim with a bunch of recommended Mods preinstalled but no lewdness. And no Creation Kit for some reason since you don't need Steam for that version, I find that to be odd.

You seriously need to do a very thorough scan of your PC right now. The reason it's happening is malware, any and all mysterious notifications like that can be traced to adware and malware. This also includes text suddenly being highlighted when there isn't any links from keywords, toolbars you never installed or search engines you didn't ask for, etc., etc.

It's all uploaded now. The SMT collection contains the soundtrack for most of the games. Persona has all the soundtracks from 1-5 including some arranges albums. Etrian has the soundtrack for all games including the arranged soundtracks. It also has a fan CD that came out recently.

Listening to a radiostaton is actually a very good way to find new pieces you enjoy on your own. It's usually recommended to people new to the genre but it's a fairly low effort way of discovering music and it's reliant on how obscure the station is willing to go. I usually find new composers by finding different renditions of pieces i know and following the history of the orchestras.
I don't know what you're looking for in classical music so i'll just name a few composers with diverse works.
Liszt, Mendelssohn, Hiller, Wölfl, Pachelbel, Borodin, John Field, Micheal Tippett, Korngold, Meyerbeer.

Oh, if you're going to scan something, i'll throw my vote in for that Arcana Heart book.

the private tracker tracks your address through logins to their site, your client and the tracker share stat info to know how much you download/uploaded
simple as that
some systems generate a unique id tracker which is unique per user and thus doesn't require login, these are the ones where they advise you not to share the torrent file, because it contains your unique tracker with it
