Finally turned in the v card a couple hours ago, and abandoned the path of the wizard. Feels pretty amazing not being alone.

After six days of work in a row, I finally got one day off, only to realize I have nothing planned for the day off.

Life's fine, or at least it feels like it after work today. My last call before the end of the shift lasted more than an hour because the last customer I dealt with felt like arguing with me when I told him what the problem was. I ended up being the last person to leave the call floor.

Really though, while third party publishers can have their own problems, I really do think the change from neutral Namco-owned title to Direct-Nintendo ownership might have prompted such a change, given Nintendo's tendencies. There is a big world cut up into small areas you can explore. Inside those areas are dungeons. If you go too far from the starting town too you WILL die. but you can branch off into different areas when you get strong enough

Cast seems balanced (though I'm not sure what the fuck Mizuti is going to be, to be fair; thing wear a mask). Gibari's actually kind of entertaining because he doesn't believe in superstition, so the way the world's beginning to fall apart has him looking for a "normal" explanation he's not finding. he doesn't even really believe that the player character exists.

Magic is amazing. When you get your sorc upgraded, you can learn light or dark magic. There is a spell armageddon that pretty much kills everything on screen.

Its a good portion overworld. Flying actually doesnt break it too much. Most enemies have projectiles so they can hit you in the air. Flying is mainly for getting over bodies of water and getting to high places. Its a puzzle solving spell.
