Good games set in the 80's?

My question is when did it become acceptable to rip of turn-based games? I mean, most of the targets are JRPGs and I can understand that, some people don't like them, others do, but since when did turn-based become the biggest enemy? I was on a thread the a few weeks back talking about this, and I mentioned games like Jagged Alliance 2, UFO games and Heros of Might and Magic and I got a lot of negative reaction saying that all turn-based games are "shit-tier". What the fuck does that even mean? I'm wondering if a lot of people just don't even play the game and maybe watch a video about it and just call it shit automatically because it's popular.

Also how the hell hasn't anyone said Police Quest: In Pursuit of the Death Angel? Granted I grew up with the SCI version and didn't play the original until much later in my life but that game was pretty awesome.

sound logic

Something nobody ever points out:
Electronic music was born in the 80s and the last good electronic songs also came out in the 80s.

You're up to 4 posts in a thread about things you don't like. That doesn't mean you have good taste. Go away. Why is this genre being shilled against by the likes of you? Fucking communist.

I understand that people are fucking retarded but cut me some slack man I'm not that dumb.

>THAT'S THE JOKE
(you) don't deserve those diggets faggot.

Shenmue 1 and 2.

That's not even the best progressive pop song of the 80s.
