I'm doing neither since I run an economy custom build. As far as specs go I'll just say it's more powerful than a Switch and it can't run Skyrim even with optimization mods and the such. The switch is just weak hardware. Accept it.

looking at the post effects and the shadows, along with the noticeable anti-aliasing it looks like it's running the special edition. Some of the effects are toned down but it's still the same version.

so the fact that it's a handheld running a title that runs like ass on the xbone and ps4 is still fairly impressive. The really impressive port is nu-doom though. Even if these games aren't that good, it still shows that the switch's hardware isn't as bad as people are portraying, especially since it's portable.

Are you talking about the original 2011 release? Because that version was running on literal 2005 hardware (PS360) and unless you had some shit tier PC it ran just fine at solid 60FPS vanilla

apparently nudoom is running at 720p on the switch, both docked and in handheld mode. So in that regard it's actually pretty impressive. I hope some people actually take advantage of the hardware and make some good stuff for the switch. A persona 5 port for switch would be a nice thought, maybe when they release a complete edition they'll do that.

Game used modern features of graphic cards not widely available to most players. Which was intentional because it looks worse and require you to upgrade your hardware for minuscule improvement in general, but requirement for modern games to be able to play at all.
