The latest gameplay trailer really stressed the survival horror aspects of it. At least that's what I got from seeing that apparently ammo is very very limited, and reload times are long as fuck. Good. There's potential there. I just hope it won't be ruined by the "git gud is racist/fascist/misogynistic" crowd, complaining at the fact that you can't shoot everything on sight recklessly

Even when they have ammo to spare like in DOOM, they can't get gud. Now imagine when ammo is scarce. Prepare for "Dark Souls of Survival Horror" articles.

What looks unsettling is less the enemies than the environment itself. At least you know the monsters are here to kill you, but those terminals and computers need you to insert your whole arm in it, and you don't know if it's just simply going to eat your arms and leave you to bleed. I bet one of those things will be like that.
