Been playing some gen V romhack and found a few new favorites. Here's my list from the earlier thread. Seismitoad became my new Water/Ground nigga, still love Quagsire though. I'm not sure if I like Boldore's appearance better than Gigalith. Gigalith feels a bit too much with the spikes whereas Boldore is nice and simple.

I'm a sucker for Flying and Fighting types.

I don't have strong opinions on most of these so I had to just go with my favorite designs. You can probably notice my Gen 2 bias.

My favorite Pokemon overall though is Delibird. He's useless but he's cute and he has a bag of holding for a tail.

My favorites are a mix of design and good service in the past, Ratata is surprisingly good

Probably, but in what little I played of XY it was always overshadowed by the rest of my team

Same. Pokemon like Azumarill and Musharna are mine because they seem more humble and endearing in comparison to other Pokemon in their types and they fulfill their roster purpose I catch them for while looking cute and approachable.

same, and it is especially satisfying when you beat someone with a "M-MUH META" team. Frosslass for me is that one in my team that i have just because i love the design so much, but her movesets are garbage and made of glass. I noticed Furret in your list, who would of been my choice if it wasn't for Ratata. Underated as all hell.
Sandslash and Breloom are both criminally underated. Aggron would of been my second choice on steel.

Shedinja is a great concept and the way to obtain it is very original and creative. Its ability is damn OP, too bad Bug Type prevents from being good. It really needs a Buff. Pangoro is really cool too, another Pokémon with a strange Evo Condition. Not hard to do but it is nice.

agreed, and that panda kicked so much ass online it was hilarious. Not very many people used it either from my experience

normally calculated hp, so that percentage based damage doesn't instantly kill it.
stealth rock would still take off half health, but with that few hp it won't matter.

Breloom is a cool and memorable evolution of a cute, fat little mushroom with a sympathetically unhappy face in Gen III.

Sandshrew seems to be one of those Pokemon you just less likely encounter on your adventure through Kanto, Johto and Hoenn and not something most people look for and that especially doesn't do Sandslash any favors. I was so happy to find out about their Alolan subspecies because they looked great and for those 2 especially it really felt like more non iconic, but neat and unexpected Pokemon were getting love and attention because of the significant amount of people who like them. They didn't have to use Sandshrew alongside Vulpix, they have just as easily used Growlithe and no one would have questioned it.
