Public transport got me everywhere I needed to go so it wasn't a priority (I renewed my learner's permit multiple times after I finally got off my ass and took the test - I even had to retake the written test because I ran out of "easy" renewals), but now that I actually have the means to travel a bit more it's very limiting so I'm planning on taking the test. I've been very busy with other bullshit lately and I haven't had the time to schedule with the DMV between my current situation and their relatively limited hours. I will be going in the next few weeks since I should have more time.
I unfortunately can't help you find the motivation to do anything or decide your goals for you, that will have to come from within. But I do know that you're capable of figuring things out, even if it doesn't happen on the first try.
Almost every kid writes a time capsule letter in gradeschool. Look back on yours. If you don't have one, think about what you would have written. Maybe you wanted to be president, or an astronaut. That's hard to do, and you might not be interested in that anymore. But think about what might make the little guy proud. A pilot? A policeman? A programmer? You'll have to think on it for a bit. Consider your skillset, too. Can you market it to a potential employer? What can you do with it?
Try something. If it's not for you, there's other opportunities out there. Most people don't know what they want to do with their lives (myself included), but if you're not trying to find out, you're never going to know.
Also, while you can keep playing vidya, try to engage yourself in productive hobbies, too. Maybe learn moon like you always wanted to. If you're doing something of that sort, you won't feel so down and you can eventually put it on your resume, too.
If you put in the effort, things tend to work themselves out.
