When the current champ calls "new champ", the first poster to claim it is our champ. The first six legal Pokemon suggested once champ has been claimed or "new team" has been called will be the team our champ uses to battle. Suggesters are not to make multiple suggestions for a team unless 15 minutes have passed since their last request, or if the champ specifically asks for re-requests. The champ will be battling in OU unless he specifies otherwise.

I considered that but the problem is that he gets no viable physical attacks. Sky Uppercut is a joke. Brick Break is pathetic and you will not sweep with it. Earthquake is redundant coverage with Focus Blast (which is what you'll be using because >sky uppercut). You need Clanging Scales for the Z-Move so if you include Dragon Dance, you'll need to spend another turn boosting and you'll be struggling hard for coverage.
The way he is now, you're basically getting a discount Z-Conversion PoryZ or a discount Z-Happy Hour Jirachi but you can attack on the turn you boost. I can't say if it'll be worth it or not but I'm not seeing him being a powerhouse in OU.

Being able to throw out a 185 BP Stab Dragon move on the turn you boost is pretty good, though. It means if the opponent is relying on a Pokemon to survive one hit and then kill or phase, they need to sacc a Pokemon to do it (unless it's Chansey or SpD Celesteela or Unaware Clefable or something). PoryZ struggles against heavy offense where it can't find a turn to set up. Kommo-o doesn't need to find a good opportunity to set up as long as whatever he's setting up against isn't a fairy (assuming he can KO whatever fairy type switches into him on the turn he boosts). Z-Happy Hour Jirachi apparently got removed as a Smogon set so I can only assume it suffered from the same problems Kommo-o will inevitably suffer from: Not enough damage or coverage to sweep, with a Z-Move being too high a cost to pay.
