Pay attention to that actual story because it is NOT a fantasy swords and sorcery adventure and it never was.

you are in for a lot of long load times before battles and a ton of random encounters. Otherwise its a mediocre FF game that starts out strong gets real boring on the second disk but the final chapter wraps up the story nicely so it doesn't seem like total shit despite wanting to throw it into the trash on several occasions You will likely play it once an then never again.

what are you talking about FF4 is the easiest game in the whole series. What makes it good is its comfy story and pacing. Its even easier then FFXV which is just a Kingdom heart clone.

Alright, as a small update, I've gotten to the forest so far. I'm enjoying the characters thus far though I fail to see the point in the SFX in combat.
