Solo co-op "soon" so if you are strong enough you can do it that way, or get your friends/guild/people from here to join you, grinding the items from Corow took us maybe two hours on fully buffed room, and co-op is seriously the worst part of the grind since other items are really easy to obtain naturally, maybe with exception of creeds but they will drop during co-op primal fights anyway, the power boost you get from T4 is fucking AMAZING and well worth it

It's not as bad as it looks, they actually reduced the time gate involved by a lot and they're introducing solo co-op next month. The extra 1-3 crystal is one of the easier stages to take on as an individual player and is the best choice for creed farming.

I remember being really intimidated by the grind at first but by the time you get to level 101 and start on it, it seems less of a pain.

This, especially if you went through the grind for a GW chara, it makes T4 look like a childs play

Problem is i dont know anyone to form a static group with to farm co-op. Hell i have over 500 half potions to farm it all day if i could but like i said most randoms leave after 1 fight.

If there's a specific stage you want to farm, put the difficulty in the title along with the stage number and how many times you need to farm it. For example H3-4 5回 if you want to do that stage 5 times.
If they join and leave before you're finished they're assholes and there's nothing you can do about that but usually if you give people an idea of what to expect there's more chance of them sticking around.

E1-3 is the popular one for creeds, it dies extremely fast since it barely has any hp. It's also a good source of RP so it's attractive to higher levels who want to grind for the unlockable extended masteries.

Not as hard a grind, especially since you can buy the distinctions with HL pendants. I unlocked the my T4 class a week ago, now I already have 4.
Went for the Ascalon as a weapon since the stones were easily acquireable with a few hours of poker botting.
Hell, I even fucked up and had to switch from fire to earth and grind 150 Vohu animas for it, still, done in a day.

If it can help, and if you have a Light/Dark Carbuncle, try fightig the old lady with one of those elements. Being immune to a lot of debuffs as well as being superior element makes for a bullshit fight.

3 gold bars means 2 awakened relics (and reducing) , 2 gold bars is 10 elechanged + one awakened reduce… the biggest hassle is amassing 500 light scales 500 scrolls and emptying 40 gw boxes

What the hell am I doing wrong, this isn't grinding it's torture
I feel myself drifting apart from this game as each week my grid doesn't improve even a tiny smudge.
Is there some secret besides getting good or dealing with it?

Why aren't you using dark fencer?

I'm leveling up all the tier 1-3 and EX classes so the MC gets all those sweet master bonuses, during the 16 million event it's even easier to get class ranks

First off replace the SSR weapons in your grids that do not have attack skills with SR ones that do. They might be lower rarity but they are much more effective. You will replace those later with SSR ones with attack skill but until then they are place holders. Stuff like those wind spears that boost hp are shit. Show us your characters too, you might be using the wrong ones.

You're using HP skill weapons. Get rid of them.
Replace them with Attack SRs and bring them to Skill Lv 2 or 3.
It's also normal to not be able to MVP Magnas in a month, you'd probably be better off leeching and farming pendants to spend on the good weapon for your favourite element.
For comparison, this is what my grids looked like after my first month of playing.
Not perfect as I haven't been following guides other than "get attack skills", but decent enough to let me continue the story.
IIRC Second pic is when I started MVPing Tia and Yugu.

Make teams of R characters and SR characters. Tag 3 raids at a time and let others carry you. Easy pendants.

You get bonus pendants from using R and SR characters in raids with a separate weekly cap for each. It doesn't matter characters they are because you aren't going to be doing damage anyways. You will get 4 and 8 extra pendants for each SR and R character on the front line.
Unlock the sidewinder and its EMP skill, which swaps the MC out for a backline character so you can get 4 R characters on the front.

Alright, I'm impressed you managed to play longer enough to get all that stuff without giving up. The problem is you're not building your grids in any direction and just adding random shit. Try stacking mostly attack skills instead of HP skills, for starters. What are the skill levels? I'm guessing you're not upgrading them?

Stacking omega skills can actually be a detriment without the omega summon for that 200% boost. If you didn't realise, different skills are multiplicative in your grid. So, your main ATK is calculated by:
ATK = Total ATK (pure stats) * (Boost)
where,
Boost = (normal skill) * (omega skill) * (EX skill) * (elemental skill)

Here's my shitty main water grid for reference with a 4* Leviathan summon.

Well, first of all, what he meant is show all the characters you've got in the inventory, not just in your party.
The wind story characters are pretty trash sorry Rosetta so swap em out. I got a lot of value out of Hazen in early-mid game, myself. You've got really good earth SSRs, so I'd suggest working your earth grid for now. Also water Guild Wars is right around the corner.

You'll get +8 and +4 bonus pendants for each R and SR in your front row, respectively. Make a good team of 2 SRs and 1 R in the front row and start soloing hard raids as soon as you're capable, so you can buy the omega weapons you actually want instead of using trash drops.

My team is currently all Human/none/primal because of the Baha dagger to get that bonus
Same as my reply above, should I switch out my Baha for a different one now or keep going, since it's only in its first stage I have no problem with grinding a few Protos to Awaken another rusted weapon

I think it's a bug with Viramate, simply reload the page and you'll be able to select the stickers again

Most people go with baha dagger, but baha sword is a good option too. That depends more on your preference though.

Baha weapons are great, but when you have a limited selection of characters you shouldn't gimp your team because of them. Helnar is a very good SR after his 5*, bringing some nice buffs and doing decent damage, and Ghandagoza is much stronger than S. Io even without a Baha bonus.
Of course, you could farm a Baha sword (human/draph boost) for your fire team, if you want.

First time grinding out an ancient weapon this way.

Just got myself an ecke sachs that way recently and completed my first 3* one, 2 more to go and I'm free.

I run a similar team, but with Weapon master MC for the Xeno Ifrit Axe and Sutera for the Blind.

That number is complete nonsense and you should really just ignore it. The expected damage calculation on your grid page is the closest thing to an accurate idea of your strength (and even it doesn't factor in things like Trium or Seraph skills)

But it seems you missed ROTB, that fire katana is a huge boost to fire since it's already uncapped to 100 and leech the fuck out of GW for a dagger. Colo staffs are your main priority, don't start reducing SSRs until you have a complete grid or really need weapons stones.

Leech the fuck out of omegas and host your own magnas, hards and normals daily. You can make it.

While I don't have to be 18 PWR to do the showdown it helps me know where I am and if my stats are the difference between a easy or challenging quest

The PWR number really does not mean anything, dude. My light grid has 15k more expected damage than my earth, yet the earth grid supposedly has more PWR. If you need to know whether you can finish a quest, check the wiki for HP numbers and enemy triggers.

It's not like it matters if you fail a solo quest anyways, you get the AP back.

So I just tested my SR grid 0* fully upgraded and was able to solo Tia (Hard) so my grids have improved and now I'll be able to host Magna raids more often

Are you new? Yes, every GW is a new element in a rotation. This month is water. Next month is earth. The bosses also have ~50% elemental resistance to other elements than on element enemies, so the best teams are on element.

Before this year the GW boss was always the same generic thing. This year they are making new art for the boss each GW. The wind GW was the first that saw a departure from the normal GW bosses. We won't know if they keep making new art or stick with what they have for each element going forward, but we'll know when we do a full rotation.

What's the deal with Walter? One of the first guys I met right at the begining of the story and nothing. After his story introduction the game has just ignored him. I can't remember seeing him in a single scene after my first day playing. Meanwhile I have all these Fate episodes of people I don't know and never met popping up and acting like they've known me for ages.

He was always just a gacha character they gave away for free to help you get to know the game while drawing you in with "free".

Walder is the tutorial gacha character. He is just a simple gacha character that joins your crew but only really exists in his fate episodes and in your team comp (gameplay more than story). The main story just follows characters introduced in the story.

A long time ago one possible team comp for earth involved spamming ougi after ougi. Since most of the damage was coming from ougis, which don't care about multiattack for damage, I think the harp was meant to work with that team comp. It didn't work out too well in the end.
