Only MMO I ever and still give a shit about is warframe. I just cannot into RPG skill cooldown clickathons.

DFO once in the blue moon.
Unless you even count instanced action games as mmos to begin with.

Pretty much this.
Warframe also has super satisfying movement system that no other game can offer, online or otherwise.

The last one I played was Tree of Savior (iCBT2) and unfortunately it turned out to be just another Korean grinder, complete with cash shop that came later. I enjoyed planning skill trees and listening to the soundtrack more than actually playing the game.
