I look for any good GBA games as well. The biggest problem is finding a good way to store them so they don't get lost, since most people just sell the cartridge. I remember seeing Pokemon Emerald a while back and I considered getting it, but then I remembered that I already have Sapphire and Alpha Sapphire.

You should play TTYD. There's more backtracking than in the original, but it's around the same quality as the original, if not better. SPM is shit, and SS and CS are even worse.

So og paper mario has standard turn based gameplay with action commands. TTYD is more of paper mario 1. Super paper mario plays more like an action rpg. Then sticker star goes and throws all that out the window and makes all attacks use stickers. All of them. Imagine a basic attack that you have to collect more of.

Yeah, the Gamecube's especially seen better days pricing wise. It's an issue when common, must-plays on the system go for at least $30-40 just because they have major Nintendo characters in them.

Buy old DS cases, the ones with the GBA cart slots, and get prints done of "covers". Aside from that, Office Max has some nice little storage boxes that can fit five normal sized GBA carts within them perfectly per box.
