What is more important for summon grids, raw stats or good call effects? I have a bunch of gacha summons with good effects but almost none of them have even one uncap, would I be better off using showdown and event summons with higher stats but worse calls over them or do the more useful call effects win out?

I need a list of characters who can take a buff from an enemy preferably Chev, So I can have them ready when I Join an omega chev raid.

I'd say go for good calls over raw stats. Most of your damage and health come from your weapon skills and summon aura anyway.

You need to have a cane in your grid, especially with only 1 Xeno axe.
With Agni not being MLB'ed, your grid will be weaker until Agni is MLBed.
I don't think your Atma has a bonus skill, it's really good once you give it Trium or Stamina, I would suggest Trium, as to allow you to run less Athena Spears (with Double Agni, 2 Athena spears, and Atma Trium, you'll have 50% trium.)

There's "something" wrong with summer Izmir that makes people feel cheated about her(likely just the censorship) and then there's the stealth nerfs to several characters following the ougi changes, if nips are autistic enough about this(and lets hope they are), we could end up in situation where Cygames is forced to apologize and refund
But here's the thing, they know they cant refund rolls done during legfest because it would literally be on the same scale as monkeygate, where after several months people got refunded EVERY SINGLE ROLL in gems, they'd be essentially giving people free sparks

No I've not spent a penny and although it was hard at the start when I was learning. I'm two months in and have a bunch of great characters and having lots of fun. It might be worth putting off joining until another event or legfest is on to make it easier to start and so that if you ever do decide to spend money you have access to pick one of the very best characters. In the meantime you could start just to see if you like the mechanics.
Had you started a week or two ago you would have had loads of free draws to get good SSR tier characters from the gacha system, starting just after one can be a bit shit.

My point was there are only 3 themes of characters in the game (outside of normal). Summer, halloween, and christmas. The latter two only happen at their time of year. The former was renamed to swimsuit so they could put those characters into the gacha at other times of the year. Any other character released isn't bound to when they were released. An autumn release character isn't restricted to autumn. When they released bea they renamed summer to swimsuit so they could. She isn't a new winter swimsuit limited only available in february.

So I finally reached rank 101 and can enter HL raids, what should my priority be at this point aside from grinding out t4 classes? My main grids are SL10 but not 3* yet so should I focus on that or is SL10 enough to not be completely useless? I know I should stay out of the harder ones like Bahamut but for the easier ones does it even matter?

the magna HL raids are pretty easy to learn as you play them, so they should be fine to join. For everything else, look up the gbf wiki on them and it will list triggers and info you need to know. I'd recommend playing DF, sage or saber for HL, as you can still be useful without doing much damage.

Avoid the HL tier 2 raids (twin elements, macula marius, etc) as those are 6 man raids that are very difficult and highly likely to fail. HL baha and Ult baha should also be avoided until you get stronger.

also, your grids are fine. You need to do HL raids to 4* magna weapons, so everyone enters at your power level (and sometimes stays there for many ranks due to drop rates)

if you are in a lower resolution you may need to scroll to the lower right of the page to see a blue "+" button. click that to begin your adventure.
