I'm looking through the GOG release and it's soundtrack and it seems like just playing whatever the first unreal engine's sound format is called with ffmpeg sounds better than the mp3 soundtrack also played through ffmpeg while having half the bitrate so I'm guessing the mp3 is reencoded from a lossy source or just the game's own files. The GoG release has no flac soundtrack in the goodies, I'm torrenting the PS2 version and hoping the developers just didn't give a fuck about space because of DVD storage, and put lossless PCM in there.

Why do all the torrents have a ton of peers but no seeders?

After digging around I discovered even the game of the year edition's soundtrack which comes in CD is just the game's files in PCM, and the ps2 version uses ADPCM (a form of lossy PCM) in 22.05khz sped up 2x.
Best way to listen is to just use the game's files if your player uses ffmpeg as a backend (ffmpeg can read them) or download a .flac encode.

Do Steampunks cracks actually work? I've been trying to run Warhammer for a while now and the thing won't even start or give me an error or anything.

Well, if a game only uses steam as a drm they do work. There are different cracks here. Steam emulators like rev loader are basically like classic cracks. You drop them into your game folder and you can play your game without steam. Then there are cracks that simply change the steamID of a game to the one of a free game, those don't work with every game.

Yes, Steampunks should be working.
Make sure you're opening the game via the Steampunks exe, not the actual game exe.
If that fails, there's a folder (can't remember the name, maybe STMPKS or something to that effect) that has another exe in it. Run that to generate a new license.

Their shit works, but if it's failing, you might consider redownloading/rechecking the files. Fitgirl's repacks work 100%.

Game is fairly easy.
It's basically a fighting game with some tactics, gets repetitive after you've played it for a while but it is still fairly fun to unlock all things.
It works a bit like a conquering game and requires you to manage your resources, the goal being to gather as many cities as possible into the empire until a thing I won't spoil happen, then you take care of that.

Isn't that fantastic at what it does in terms of gameplay but it is satisfying, personally I fucking love the ost but I just can't find it anywhere.

That's not the GOG 'Saga' collection, which I couldn't find in under 30 seconds so I didn't continue to look for.

If the other user is still around, all he'd need is you to upload the folder from /steamapps/common/Evochron Legacy
Then he'd place that folder into the same directory on his computer, download Simple Steam Emuator from cs.rin.ru forums.
Upon opening that, it would detect the game and allow him to run it. If there's a MP component that's run through Steam, he'd also have access to that.

Individual DLCs would be harder to find. I'd suggest getting a complete pack and just transferring your saves over.

It very slightly depends on specifics; Leechers number four (the bolded part, some what indirectly mentions it so I'l be specific). Some can load from the torrent hash directly (Qbittorrent and Transmission, I think) while others can only load via prepending magnet:?xt=urn:btihL: .

Close, usually it goes; convert target link to a active link by removing dashes/spaces/$thing, copying into the clipboard, selecting the add via torrent hash/magnet option and then wait for metadata to download. Then select a saving path and click ok. Now you just need to wait for it to download.
It would be a good idea to add some trackers (there is a option to add them to new torrents automatically), there is a list on ghostbin ITT. My personal tracker list is quite large but I think there is a maximum per torrent which makes it useless. Also most countries' ISP's (with the UK, US and AU being the only special ones I believe) don't really give a shit about torrents, proxy settings have been known to have been bypassed so a system VPN is more likely to work. Also anonymous mode/changing IP reported to trackers might be of use. However only really adding a tracker list is a high suggestion in most cases.
