What an ugly protagonist

One of the things Gone Home was getting praised for was how "down to earth" it is. Since this new title has gone full-on sci-fi that's bound to be a big turn-off for that crowd.

Also since Gone Home has started this whole trend of tumblr-pandering walking sims reviewers are now far less inclined to overrate them due to thinking they are original. Hell as shit as Night in the Woods was I think it's raised the bar enough for them to at least expect some nice music and a comfy artstyle from these sorts of games.

Well, if it's a trap… usually they're ugly.

Those are some pretty good sales for an RPG Maker ecchi game

So this company hires your nigger looking face to go onto a spaceship and retrieve the AI on board (that's the not-illuminati triangle there). All the people on the ship are missing. Where did they go? Why is this AI so important to the company?
The company is evil, and they sabotaged the spaceship's air supply and communications so they would all die and the company could use that as an excuse to use more AI instead of paying people.
The AI helped the people fix the communications and send out a distress signal, so nobody at all died.
You don't even work for the company, you're a spy from an AI rights activists group and you take the AI home with you and the evil company gets nothing.
