Just do a Silent Storm without the retarded 'the Swedes/Aliens/Whothefuckever are the real enemy', where your successful (or unsuccessful) missions impact the course of the war and turn the stealth and kit up to 11.

I want mechanics where you picking squad members that can speak to the locals makes an impact, or where if you manage to steal enemy uniforms/weapons/papers you can pull Wehrwolf tier ops.

Imagine false flagging an attack between the allies and getting the canadians/brits and americans shooting at each other Not that difficult historically so SS or Heer units can advance through an area. You do well enough in the early war on the eastern front and something like the ROA gets going in 41/42'. You assist the Hungarians or Romanians or Finns enough and they open up their supply lines and possibly bail your ass out if you need it. A fucking campaign where you're sent to help the Japs in 38', and if you somehow manage to do well enough in China and Manchuria they decide to actually go ahead with a sister invasion to Operation Barbarossa and you're stuck in the middle between a million zerging Russian Far East soldiers and a bunch of Banzai'ing IJA guys behind you.
