Big games that take small space

My 1.5 Tb hard drive died today and took all my games with, so I left with my old 148Gb harddrive with 70Gb free space left. Suggest some good games for me, that does not require over 50Gb of space, like most of modern games.

Anything pre 2010
Just pirate alot of gog installers and you're good.

Dungeon crawling rpgs like Wizardry

you've answered your own question
now don't tell me "abloo bloo i hate old games :^("

Emulate something from NDS and the sort. The game + the emulator will weight 150mb tops.

Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey

...

Elona+ is welcome in any toaser, even if the only toaster part is only the HD

I was playin a
BIG
game.

On a
SMALL
drive

Factorio, Subnautica, Starsector, RimWorld, X3:AP, La-Mulana, The End is Neigh, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Rabi-Ribi.

I remember that. Pretty cool.

Alpha centauri, HoMM3, Age of wonders

Oblivion without DLC only takes about a gigabyte. It might be somewhere between 2-5 with everything installed.

4.5 MB, 50 hours of game (at least)

A lot of roguelikes like Cataclysm: DDA, Dorf Fort, Nethack and others have as many content as far as your gitgudness can go.
Ripped versions also save a lot of space on a few games, but you'll have to sacrifice music and video cutscenes.

time to plow through that backlog of 8 Bit and 16 Bit games

Man I still have 2 unfinished adventures I was making. Good times.

Emulate some SNES shit. Play Bahamut Lagoon if you haven't before.

gta: SA

Wasn't that some propaganda game by the Silverstring assholes?

You may not consider it a game but it's a lot of content in a small space.

don't forget you play as a sentient cat. not catman, just a cat.

Dumbass

The closest thing I've heard that even remotely resembles that is one of the developers saying on Twitter that the black slag with the purple hair is trans and that makes absolutely no sense given the game's setting and isn't actually expressed anywhere in the game itself.

Ah goddamn flags.

It's enough reason to pirate it though. That character looks fucking retarded.

Civ4 BTS is 5GB with infinite replay value.
My Doom folder is barely 2 GB with hundreds of WADs.
Emulators and RAMs only take up a few megabytes.
Factorio is not even 1GB.

You meant ISOs

Why didn't you make backups once your drive started showing signs of dying user? I've never heard of a HDD that died just like that.

My nigger

Get a SNES emulator and Final Fantasy IV, V and VI, Super Mario RPG as well as Chrono Trigger.

Boom. 150 hours worth of awesome JRPGs in about 10 Mbytes.

Get Donkey Kong Country 1, 2, 3, Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island, Super Mario Allstars.

Boom. Solid 30 hours of superb platforming.

I could go on but you get the point.

...

Yeah, it's getting late already.

I love the second pic, too bad that the PNG version takes up 28 megabytes.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent is like 1Gb

Any of the classic Doom games, assuming you like megawads. Oblige can generate maps too.
