Ok so from what I gathered from comments about automatic archiving there should be one at the start of the thread and one at the halfway point, say 350 posts and one at the end. Of the thread get shilled or raided, the archive would happen faster but in the case of posts count decreasing it would only trigger another archive later of the same thread so no real harm done. What I could do is instead of basing the trigger on post count, I could base it on time, let's say every 2 hours.
This is for an effort to automate the thread repository, it is a little behind and while I have a text file with the archives by days and months, transcribing them to a git repo .md files is a long and arduous process full of copy/paste and where I see copy/paste I see automation. This would also allow to get statistics on threads just for fun.
I'll try to make put it down on paper and maybe do a prototype to see what works and what doesn't. I'm out of DS9 pics so have an Evil Tuvok from that abortion Voyager.

To add on top of that, my vision of this is one of those server status monitor mmos sometime have. It could also detect if the 700 has been met but no new thread has been created. Actually, that's a myth. 3D animation cost more money than 2D animation. The reason why is that with 2D, you only need an art department. 3D, on the other hand, requires you to hire and art department and an entire "live-action" studio (Meaning it's can also be more expensive than a live-action film). On top of that, 3D is actually more time consuming to get it to look "right" than 2D. There really is no advantage to 3D over 2D.

You might effectively end up making it into a full-time job to maintain a patreon if you overdo it. Keep it simple and make your goals reasonably attainable. Early views of sketches, fan votes on pinups, maybe a commission for big donors, but don't make the mistake of saying "give me money and I'll pretend to be your secret friend who lets you in on every little thing I'm doing with private streams and shit!"
