Where do you get your ROMs without getting dolphin porn and malware instead? What about complete archives for each system's library? Are there torrents for that or do you need a private tracker? Also, emulation in general.

There's some fullsets on TheISOZone and EMUParadise. If it has "good" in the name it probably only has verified good dumps, which means each ROM is guaranteed to work but games without verified good dumps are missing.
