Dwarves and Halflings have the same head model sizes as Humans but with bodies that use completely fucked up proportions for their body types. Not even the sliders can fix it.
Dragonborn have the half-orc body model with expanded sliders but have lizard heads, meaning they're all just beefy Bethesda-tier Argonians.
Tieflings are just humans with red skin, horns and spiked chins.
The only races that Neverwinter gets right are the Humans, Half-orcs, Half-elves and all three or four varieties of Elf. Half-orcs are appropriately niggerish, Elves are abominations with derpy uguu anime eyes, Humans are appropriately bland and vanilla and Half-elves are just humans with pointy ears.
