You don't need Glidos anymore. Any DOSBox version with Gulikoza's Glide patch can use normal Glide wrappers.
I'm using DOSBox-X with nGlide. Remember to set memsize=63 in the DOSBox config file and to delete glide2x.dll from the DOSBox folder.
