I played FEAR and its sequels maybe a month ago so this stuff is fresh in my memory (I remembered it being very bland, so I went to go another round to make sure and it was essentially exactly what I was expecting). Not terrible, definitely not great, I could argue not good but not in a "it's bad" way, simply it wasn't "good."

Anyway the point is I found a kind of exploit on my own, I'm sure it's probably well known this many years after the fact, but if you drop your weapon and pick up another one, you get tons of ammo for it. It was retarded to me that if you picked up the Penetrator you'd get like a single mag of ammo, but if you dropped the one you were carrying and grabbed another, you'd get 4 or 5 mags' worth. It made it so the weapons with almost no ammo were actually usable and you could hold onto them for a while rather than being super stingy with your ammo. The weapons you dropped also kept the same amount of ammo in them as when they were dumped.
