Also you don't explaib why you hate Ghotic II, it is also to be expected that there are better archives of videogames (a digital medium that is easy to copy) than of old films which were stored in all kinds of faulty equipment and storage media, same for books which are a lot harder to find and scan than it is to dump a cart or disc.

Trust me user Gothic is well known. It's fans made sure of that.

That game is nothing like Dark Souls aside that it's a hack and slash tho.

Dark Souls maybe borrowed some elements from it but it is first and foremost King's Field but faster.

Gothic devs should've cloned Severance's combat, it's basically Gothic done right.

It's also a lot more challenging and less punishing. The movement is based on twitch skills instead of movement memorization, which makes it less boring. I love Severance despite the balancing issues and crappy unnecessary combos.
