A recent example to come to mind is how the Resident Evil films have been the only material that has prevented the games from falling into obscurity in the West (And, strangely enough, stays truer to it's roots). IIRC, the same is true with the 80s Dune movie (Where the only people disappointed with the film were those expecting to see Star Wars, who were also the same people who would never have any interest in reading the book).

I think Funimation and Sentai are lower quality because there's just not the market here. They fill an awkward role. Anime is already a niche market. The hardcore anime fans just download fansubs. I finished my high school equivalency a couple weeks ago.

I don't know if your problem is agrophobia, or people. I'm scared of people, and I still was able to do this 3 times a week till a built up enough endurance to jog for long periods of time. Just ignore people, don't look up when people honk at you if you are safely on the side of the road, and try to pick somewhere where you aren't running on the road so people don't throw shit at you (I lived in a bad neighborhood.)

I'm actually somewhat vindicated to learn that people in cars throw shit at pedestrians, and it's not something that just I had to put up with.

I don't know which is more accurate. From the time I started school until I dropped out I was in a constant state of panic over the thought of having to be around all those people. I'll say that much.

Depending on where you live, you could also go jogging at night, although of course your mileage will vary depending on your neighbourhood or how safe you feel walking around outside.

I'd highly recommend watching the video in your case user. It does have tips for beginning a disciplined sleep schedule. I *highly* recommend turning off all electronic devices around bedtime, don't stay up for hours and hours longer than you should with them. I'm willing to bet most of the symptoms for sleep deprivation apply to you; you can look them up if you'd like, but I urge you to start working on that, at the very least.
