I do my best to conceal my anger, and use it to keep myself warm. It's more constructive then lashing out. If you can understand your anger, you must also understand that the results of anger are counter-productive.

Anger is only an acknowledgement of pain. You must be cold and calculating in order to change things. If a co-worker is being a dick, then be better then him ethically, for example. If someone is being lazy, you can spur them into action via manipulation, they are likely using your work to get by, so you must do your best to prevent them from getting your work by eliminating factors that make him a middleman.

At my workplace, there's a kid who does lazy shit. I work carts at a supermarket, and he constantly takes carts I pile up on the side instead of going out to get more carts to fill the cart rows. The people around me were complaining about it and never solved it, and I was more pissed at him then anyone, but instead of blowing up I told the rest of them to stop piling carts up on the side when we need carts and he'll be forced to work or he'll take a risk by not being there when he wants to avoid it.

He naturally started doing work because he was smart about being lazy and knew he couldn't just go hide somewhere and knew he was pushing it. That solved the whole issue, and no one got into fights over it.

Anger should only be an indication that you should use it to fuel something productive. You need to train yourself to associate that reaction with cold, hard work and figuring out how to solve problems.

In fact, realize that anger is pointless and solves nothing, and through that, you can calm yourself and lead others by taking action.

Anger is only telling you to be more outspoken and to communicate with others to solve problems. That's all it is.

This isn't even the first time it happened. It happened 2 weeks ago to my Royal Guard when I tried to slot the STR boots. Shit broke twice at 90% slot chance and I just said fuck it and made that Warlock, but today that shit happens again so I decided enough is enough, sold all my shit to pay back to my guildmate and to fund newbies instead and quit this fucking game.
Shame really, the game is terribly fun and shits like tank Warlock is actually viable. But things stop being fun when I realized that the 30m loss on the Royal Guard and 33m loss on the Warlock are gonna be chump change compared to later down the line, and no matter what I'll never be able to keep my sanity to grind the money for it because the faggot server owner nerfed the zeny farming spots to the ground. However- if you don't act like an NPC, the game becomes harder. Some NPCs refuse to speak or help you. Many sidequests & companions are sealed off. You can't get a job since you don't fit in with other NPCs.
So, you act like an NPC to get ahead. Then, you see someone you know is a player. But you fear if you act like a player again, you lose all your NPC benefits- and why sacrifice all that for a guy you don't even know you'll like?

There was another post on how normalfags are the true autists (obsessed on something and refuse to act outside their comfort zone), and it might not be far from the bill. So I say, don't act like an NPC. Be happy you're a player, and you'll attract other players. You might not get on, but you could find someone.

Therefore, it could be argued that fixing someone is an investment by society. I've met many people in similar situations.

If our country wasn't spiraling down the drain in debt, I wouldn't be opposed to some form of assistance that actually works, but time and again, it just goes to the cancer of society, who flatly refuse to contribute, instead of the people who want to climb the ladder, and it hammers the nails into the debt coffin faster. This is the public health care here. Why should I want more of that to exist?

In Australia we have Medicare, which reimburses you for out-of-pocket expenses. So say you go to the doctor and pay $100, you go to Medicare and they give you $80. If you're on welfare and can't afford that, you get a pension card that waives the fee entirely if the doctor bulk bills (basically sends the bill to the government). If you earn over a certain amount annually, you've expected to buy private health insurance which gets you better perks and which takes you off the public system and also gets you more choice in treatment and whatnot, but you're still paying a bit out of pocket and the health insurer covers the rest.
It's done this way because a healthy population is more likely to work and generate more income for the government via income taxes and sales tax and the like. So in effect the government spends money on healthcare to make even more money from healthy people in the long run.
And yes, there are people that rort the system, but we also have these "current affairs" news shows that do pretty much nothing but go after "bludgers" that scam the system and create social pariahs out of them, and a government study a while back found it would cost more money to catch people cheating than would be saved getting rid of them, because there are so few of them.
Of course, now that we're taking in more "refugees" and sandniggers this is changing…

Something like your arm where you're losing function in it or chronic pain are considered "medically necessary" so you'd be able to go to a doctor who would schedule you for an MRI or send you to a specialist who would then continue to diagnose and look for your problem at no cost to you.
This healthcare is available to everyone and obviously nearly everyone takes advantage of it because 95% of all hospitals and doctors and specialists are covered under this.
If you want to go somewhere else and you can afford you can also go to a medical practice which accepts private health insurance but those are few and far between.
