When the current champ calls "new champ", the first poster to claim it is our champ. The first six legal Pokemon suggested once champ has been claimed or "new team" has been called will be the team our champ uses to battle. Suggesters are not to make multiple suggestions for a team unless 15 minutes have passed since their last request, or if the champ specifically asks for re-requests. The champ will be battling in OU unless he specifies otherwise.

Some of the core things it's got going in its favor:
The big focus though is on field effects. Not like tapu shit. Take a cave. Standard ass zubat habitat. Sound moves get a boost in there because shit echos, while moves like gust or twister take a hit because it's hard to get air flowing in there. It's dark, so dark moves get a boost, and so do light generating moves because FUCK MY EYES. And if you use earthquake too much, you might cause a cave in fucking all active pokemon. Fire moves in a forest? Becomes a fire terrain after that. Now water moves are weakened, but they lower shit's accuracy because of all the steam. You know what, it's like when Yu-gi-oh was making up rules as it went. But as actual mechanics.

I meant the engine as a whole. It's a bad tool for making RPG games in general, but a good tool for making Pokemon fangames. 7SS, Off, Yume Nikki, fucking To The Moon – They're all games that would have been better if made in something other than RPG Maker. On the flipside, games like Pokemon Reborn and Pokemon Fusion Generation really make the most of it. You'd be hard pressed to say RPG Maker is holding them back.
Regular overleled pokemon did that in the games too. Granted, in the original games everything is so easy overleveling is unnecessary Merely personal but that sounds like it would get boring fast. Social engineering. All you need to do, is learn how to manipulate people. And yes, that would work; locks on PS spread virally. When someone gets locked, anyone else with any name or IP they've used recently will get locked too, and anyone else who uses any of those IPs or names before the lock ends will be added to the lock, and so on. A good example would be when we have multiple people using the same account at once. Later, if one of the people who was in it gets locked or banned from a room, all of their alts get the same lock/ban. This includes the shared account this person was on earlier; and then all alts and IPs associated with that shared account is locked/banned, so all of those people are punished, as are all of their alts or any other IPs they used. This has happened to us before.
