When the current champ calls "new champ", the first poster to claim it is our champ. The first six legal Pokemon suggested once champ has been claimed or "new team" has been called will be the team our champ uses to battle. Suggesters are not to make multiple suggestions for a team unless 15 minutes have passed since their last request, or if the champ specifically asks for re-requests. The champ will be battling in OU unless he specifies otherwise.

Breaking the rules is an offense punishable by bullying at the least, or impeachment at the worst. At any point, someone can say "Champ did X, I'm impeaching" and take over or call for a new team.
The way things are now, Marathon Man calling champ is like taking a break from work to watch the village idiot splash around in pig shit for an hour.

A good move, but it has two issues. If you encore before using Psych Up, they're almost always going to switch and leave you with no boosts and a wasted turn. If you Psych Up first, you probably won't get to encore them because no one tries to boost on an Alakazam unless it's a Scizor or something. Useless. Give it Shadow Ball or Focus Blast or something. You're going to be stealing from a lot of Calm Mind boosters, so Psyshock would help you break through their SpD while they struggle to break through yours.

It'll suck, but it'll suck less if you give itEVs: 252 HP / 152 Def / 104 SpD Careful Nature HP is worth more than defenses, so you wanna max out HP before you start putting EVs in the defenses. 152 Def lets you survive a Keldeo's Secret Sword before an Iron Defense which is pretty much the best baseline you can hit. Everything else is put into SpD so you get decent mixed defenses. You also have higher SpD than Def, so opposing Porygon2/Porygon-Z's with Download don't get a free boost on you.
