It should be easier than making a runescape private server. The game is bare-bones and is made in Flash instead of Java or Unity.

The earlier MnF games actually had decent looking anime girls stolen from various favourite and popular animes.
The new MnF games are these ugly oversized MSPaint style designs which would make your cock cry "flaccid" in 10 seconds flat.

It shows 750,000 registered users because before the bank update a new created newbie character start off with 1k cash which the players could transfer to their main accounts.
You could use throw-away emails without getting detected and it only took like 2 minutes to create a throw-away account and transfer the cash to your main account.
